Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Daryl Williams Jr. Shop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.

Returns

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging. T-shirts must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Books must be in new, unused condition.

  • Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

 

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

  • Trackable Shipping: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning items.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Custom or personalized items
